Default please help

I have some wmv files which are not of superb quality. How can I re-encode with TMPGenc to get better quality? What should I do? I tried it with no luck.

Thanks for the help.
peace.

"How can I re-encode with TMPGenc to get better quality?"

Don't waste your time. You still can't make a silk purse from a sow's ear - and you can't make gold from lead.

Despite the filters available from within TMPGEnc, it's still GIGO - garbage in garbage out...
