Default One of my favorite times of the year

Well it's official the Morels are out
I was in my backyard looking and I came across one and this means more will be popping up very soon which means good eats for me I took a picture of it with my new camera I also took a picture of some of my back yard this is where I find my mushrooms.

they are delicious. i hopefully will be getting my fill too again this year. my ukrainian side calls them "smor-jee"

I here ya these things are very tasty.I like em fried in butter with egg wash and flour.I also like them in spaghetti I also boil them in water with butter and eat them with my steaks

I do that also they are very addictive you can't stop at one LOL. Sorry for the delay I had to watch the Sopranos.You should like this episode it was a lot better then last weeks

For once I can give you some useful information LT LOL Link .I also seen a commercial on the outdoors channel that they have Morel kits that allow you to grow them in your house

I also read about a technique on how to create your own spores by using morels,water and a spray bottle but I can't seem to find it right now
