Default Mediacoder and Firefox

Downloaded latest build to one of my notebooks.

When trying to access settings to create a new preset, the weblink asks me to d/l Firefox to access settings.

I've nothing against FF, just don't use it and don't particularly want two browsers.

Strange thing is, I have the same build on my other notebook and can access settings fine without FF or reaching the page asking me to download it.

Can anyone tell me what I missed second time around?

welcome to the forum

i don't use mediacoder but try checking if anything is set as your default browser. IE has a setting somewhere for it
