Exclamation-2 Issue with Playback

Issue with Playback

I wanted to create a backup of a dvd i have. I used DVD Shrink 3.2 to decrypt the files and back them up on my external hard drive then used Nero Smart Start 9 free version to burn the disk from those files. Once completed, i popped back in the burned dvd and discovered that I was unable to play it in my computer. I then tried my dvd player and it also wouldn't play there. To double check to make sure it burned properly I put the dvd back in my laptop and reopened DVD Shrink and let it analyze the disc with video playback. It confirmed that the DVD burned successfully which is great but I have no clue how to get it to playback in either my laptop or dvd player. Can someone offer assistance please!!!
