Default Nero keeps failing

Hi, I am new here so I hope I am posting in the right place.

I having been backing up my movies for a while using dvd shrink and nero however recently I am unable to burn anything. Everything starts to burn fine then it gets to 100% complete along with "Phase: Writing lead out" then it says its failed.

I don't really know much about burning but I have tried re-installing Nero, burning at different speeds, using different discs but I continue to get the same problem.

Any help would be much appreciated!
