Question No longer able to burn a readable DVD?

I have been ripping and burning all my personal DVDs as a back up so that when i lend them out i'm not lending out originals. I use, Any DVD, together with Nero and it works just fine . All of a sudden nothing works. It appears to be encoding and burning just fine, right up to spitting the disk back out and telling me it was a successfull burn. But the disks no longer play in the DVD player. They don't even read in the computer.

Any thoughts?
