Question Burnt DVD skips, cuts out

I burned my friend their wedding video onto Verbatim DVD-R Lightscribe disc. It plays perfectly in my Sony and Panasonic dvd players. In hers, it skips in parts, looks pixelated cuts out etc. I have played her disc in both of my players and on my computer and it's fine. She's tried on a couple different dvd players and it doesnt work. Any ideas? Could it be the bit rate? I use adobe premiere elements on my computer to burn
