Default cannot burn to image writer

hello to everyone.

i tried burning an image of a DVD to my hard disk but it always says "burn process failed" even if i have managed to burn images of other dvds before. i tried looking for reasons in the forums but i couldn't find them since the ones in the forums use a different version and i'm using nero version 7

here's is the error log of the burn process.

thank you.

It can't read your source disc - that may be damaged. Clean it.
