Default IFO file missing??

got a new Burner , a NEC 3550A
trying to burn my first disc and I got an error.

ripped the DVD with decryptor
then tired to burn a DL disc with Image Burn

when I select calulate in Image burn I get an error.
"Fix VTS Sectors Failed! - Reason: Could not find VIDEO_TS.IFO file."

but if I look in the folder, the file is there!!

here is the folder contents:
VTS_06 - Stream Information.txt
VTS_06_0.IFO
VTS_06_1.VOB
VTS_06_2.VOB
VTS_06_3.VOB

why does it say could not find the IFO file?

VIDEO_TS.IFO is missing.

You have ripped in DVD Decrypter's IFO mode. Rip with RipIt4Me in file mode.

Or delete streaminfo.txt and drag the IFO for VTS_06 into DVD Shrink. Click backup. It should create the necessary DVD structure.

Regards

You should only use genuine Verbatim or Taiyo Yuden media. Many thanks to www.pcx.com.au for their supply and great service.
