Default Dvd Rebuilder cant find encoder

The last few times I use Rebuider I got an error message that it could not find the encoder. Any help would be appreciated.

Upgrade to 1.28.2 which is the latest version. You are literally years behind.

Rockas installer comes with the official download. You can always download it here.
