Thanks for the info joebping but I was restarting the PC, doing a couple of different things. It's funny though what you brought up was one of the things I was doing, cleaning out my case. Go Cowboys.

Congratulations to UncasMS on 100 WU's.

Does F@H have permission in your firewall to access the internet? Or maybe you have F@H set to ask first before sending? I haven't had a problem...or maybe there was trouble with the F@H server when you tried to send the data

Folding has always had permission without asking.. This started about a week ago on just one computer. the results are being sent,I just can't figure out why it keeps giving me the error message that it cannot connect.. Downloading and installing new console didn't help.
No big deal, but it is a bit strange..

I missed the part where you said they are getting through to me Does the message keep repeating and never says it got through?

The message repeats every few hours.. It will do it 3 or 4 times repeatedly right after a unit is completed or after I shut down and restart. It also pops up intermittently during a run . I thought uninstalling and then downloading a new console would fix it,but new console does the same thing. If the results were not getting through I would be really worried, but since they are getting through ,it is just more of an annoyance.. I have double checked my firewall and FAH has permission to connect anytime without asking. I am using 5.04 Beta. Been using it a long time now with no problems till this started last week.

Almost forgot: never get confirmation of finished unit getting through. It always says saving to queue. It was showing 5 saved in my queue before I installed new console and now it shows 2.

Good info JM. think I will try to reinstall and use NO for IE settings.. My issue seems to have started right around the time I upgraded to IE7.. Might be worth a shot..

Looks as though mine was an issue with IE7. Uninstalled it and went back to IE6 and here is latest FAH log entry. Funny that it didn't affect my other computer in the same way.

Starting to hear quite a few people having problems with IE7. Glad you have it partially solved.
