Error while verifying sectors

I have noticed that recently when I am burining with IMG burn I get several error messages in the verify stage. This usualy causes the program to abort. Most times I am still able to play the DVD but sometimes it will freeze during playback. THis happened most recently with The Last King Of Scotland. Any Thoughts?

well slowing the burn speed down won't help with those blanks and burner

it failed in verify early on when the burn was slow

HP has not released a new firmware

try some better blanks and select 4x or 8x as the fastest burn speed

Sorry it took so long to get back but I changed the speed to 8X's and have not had any problems since. Thanks guys.
