Having Trouble

I have been burning DVD's for a short time now. my problem is my computer stopped reading my DVD's! i can read them with my DVD burner (which i installed); but it won't read them with the original drive. It reads "no disc", no matter what software i use to open it.

Can someone help me out? It would be much appreciated!

Try a lens cleaning disk?
Check your device settings.
Will it read CD's?
