VOBBlanker not Win98 Friendly?

VOBBlanker always crashes my system when I try to process the files. I'm trying to blank out some titles ie. (Making Of, Trailers, Interviews, Deleted Scenes) etc. I don't need on certain discs and still keep the menus.

Has anybody here been successfull with it using Win98?
If so, is it with Win98 or Win98SE?
