Need help with Gordian Knot

I'm having some problems, I'm running Gordian Knot 0.27 and my first three attemps at ripping a dvd to divx went great. Bit now I get all the way to the beginning of the encoding process and it errors saying "Error reading log file" I can't figure out the problem, I do everything the same way I have been and now all of a sudden I get an error. Has anyone seen this or know how to correct it? At first I thought it was just a proble with a specific DVD, but I've tried 2 others and both give me the same message. HELP!!!! Thanks in advance.
