I don't think your store manager is up to speed with TA yet.

It does pay to complain I got some free coupons last month also, them 2 free ones made it an even 50 last month.

The BB store I usually go to is not a real big one but I haven't noticed any changes yet.
I might be getting 3 NF movies tomorrow and I'm gonna try the NF swap at BB, but I gotta join since I'm using my daughter's BB online and store account , but it might be limited to 1 account per address, I dunno

If its a smaller store your proably wont see any difference the store by me is a HUGE one.

They are also the largest distibutor for the online in WI state, so they are actually making the front of the store smaller, less movies.

To make room for the online stock in back of the store.

meaning Large store going small with much less to rent in store then before but they still have the dvd's but they are for the online only.

The last 6 months BB hasnt done well around here 4 stores cloded down and this one the BIG one is going more and more online and they have cut their staff and hours too. No more Midnight.

All the 5 stores near me, although I only go to the closest one, are all open from 10:00AM to 11:00PM. BB is in a serious war with NF for the online rentals, and if a title is sitting in the store and not getting much action, why not allot it to online only. It sounds like with the closing of stores in your area they are not getting much action there.

One DVD I just got came from a store and had a $.32 cent stamp on it. It's about the third title I got that way in the 7 months I been using it but with TA it is probably going to be more.

They might be getting overwhelmed with all the new members bcause of TA.

I find I have to call and complain about every other week. They are usually prompt in fixing problem, and often give me coupons for the aggravation. So, I guess it works out ok, if your not reluctant to call them about the service.

The name and address on the NF envelope must match exactly the BB account name. I hadda switch a profile name in NF to use, and I just did

I think NF still outnumbers BB 3-1 in subscribers from when BB did not have it's online version. A lot of people don't like driving to the B&M stores for any reason

yeah with winter coming I'll probably keep both BB and NF until the spring, I hate driving in the ice and snow and I am gettin' a lil old

me too, I just hate ice ( when I used to live in MN), even here is not snowing but I make one trip to BB on Tuesday and one trip on friday or sat to return them
