    video size

What would be a nice video size that i can save a video to, at the same time keep the quality and at the same time keep the size of the file down to a minimum?

its a project that gets turned into pretty much any file type i'd like..

    avi. mpg. rm. etc....

Run it through Windows Movie Maker, save in wmv format, any bitrate/framesize you want. Your other option would be using DivX or XviD at a low bitrate in virtualdub.

use ie. virtual dub and try saving into AVi using different codecs, find your best "compromise" between quality and size. divx, xvid, mpeg.... it all depends what quality you expect, is video with audio etc...
