Use DVD Decrypter to "rip" the DVD to your hard drive in "File" mode - and from the "Edit" dropdown menu, select "All files" (NOT "movie files").

Then use DVD Shrink to "Open files" (NOT "Open Disk") - and select "VIDEO_TS.IFO"

By the way, your future posts regarding DVD Shrink should be posted in the DVD Shrink-specific sub-forum(s) here...

I found the same exact thing happen to me, and tried the suggestion but can't figure out after I "copy to file" on hd using dvd decrypter then going into dvd shrink and "open file" then what? dvd shrink option is to copy to hd again from source to destination (hd). Is there a way to copy to dvd disc from hard drive? this is probably a newbie question, but i cant figure it out. Thanks, jon

Just set the destination to your DVD burner.

Use (commercial) DVD2One instead of DVD Shrink. DVD2One processed "The Bourne Supremacy" effortlessly (and quickly)...
