DVDShrink - No Disc

I began using DVD shrink yesterday for the first time to back up some DVD's and when I put in the orginal I wanted to use it would tell me no disc. I tried several other disc until finally one worked. Then I was able to use the one I orginally wanted to use. Today I tried to do it again I am getting the same error, and it does not seem to want to recognize any disk at this point.

Any suggestions?

if the discs themselves are scratch free and not dirty, maybe something is on the lens of the drive. you could try a cleaning disc.
