    download 103 from this link

check the box in german so the software will download
probably says flash at your own risk--duh!

it will be a bootable iso file that you burn to cd with imgburn(burn mode and point it to the iso)
insert a blank cd of course

you will have to set your computer to boot to the cd/dvd drive etc

don't blame me, I didn't build the computer
I did like u said and when I reboot my pc to install the firmware everything is fine until when it come to secondary master drive after that a Z:/ comes and it probably wants me to type in some commando?

    Sorry for the trouble

dos 101, long ago and far away

when you get to the z ram drive prompt

        type in dir press enter

that will pull up the 3 files on the cd

the top one is what you start with(write them down)

especially the xxxx.bin there's a period before the bin

now type in the top file gsa4164b, you can leave off the .exe

press enter, you then see some german and it's asking you if you want to execute the flash file

hit J for ja and press enter

you are on your own past there casue I don't want to flash my benq with a LG firmware
