    audio header in virtualdubmod

I have recently encoded a number of films using gk 0.28 and divx 5.05, Audio 1xvbr-mp3.
The problem I have is there are some bad frames in the files and when I go into virtualdubmod and try to open the file i get the following message

VirtualDub has detected an improper VBR audio encoding in the source AVI file (audio stream 1)
The current preference is to rewrite the audio header with standard CBR values during processing for better compatibility. This may introduce up to 6744ms of skew from the video stream. If this is unacceptable, decompress the *entire* audio stream to an uncompressed WAV file and recompress with a constant bitrate encoder. (bitrate: 162.2 +- 14.5 kbps)

Do you still want to rewrite the header? Yes No

What I dont get is that this is the program gk used to encode the film so why does it say it has been done improperly.

Also what would you recommend to do?

    Thanks in advance
