    Help with TMPGEnc

I taped something off the tv a couple of weeks ago and ti was 11.4 gigs... I took out the commericals and its still 9.4 gigs... Without taking out anymore video of what i taped is there a way the program can shrink it down to a double layer dvd at 8.4 gigs?

You need to supply how the video was captured i.e. in what format and how long it is. TMPGEnc should be able to re-encode it at a lower bit rate so it will fit. TMPGEnc should be able to re-encode MPEG, or avi as well as other formats. There will probably be a loss in quality due to the re-encoding.
