Menus on VCD

Hi all,
Can somebody please point me in the right direction on how to create menus on a vcd, What it is, I want to creat a VCD with a main page with picturs on it which can be slected and play a mp3 file once they have been selected?

use EasyMPEG can make menu for VCD or SVCD easily,but it only mp2 audio for picture,so you must transform mp3 audio to mp2 with other software.

a good thing how to make what you want is "win on cd(vers.5 or6) ...there ist something that is also available as a single prog. - in there yu can create a disc with menu,you can make buttons and you can put pics into these buttons.If you you put these disc into your dvd-player you will have a main page with buttons if you select your menu buttons
