Hy people!
I'm working on a project of creating objective metric for no-reference video quality estimation. Metric requires statistical information about motion vectors and average bit rate of sequence as input parameters. I need to extract them from H.264 bitstream by modifying ldecod application. Can somebody tell me can I extract average_bit_rate info from SEI message (sei.cpp file)? If not, please give me suggestion where to find it!
