-new-Difference in MPEG2 Encodeing..help needed

Hi Due....I really need help of someone who knows the MPEG-2 Codec very well...
-My english is not very good so i'll try to explain what's my problem-

I have 2 MPEG-Streams (both the same tv-show) recorded in two *.mpg files .. with two different pc's with the same capture card: pinacle dvb...??

when I'am playing back the movies on the same or on two different pc's and start that an exact the same time I see that one stream is faster than the other...

how could it be...??thy start with exactly the same picture !! and the timeline is syncron,too , but not the picture and audio...

One of the two probably dropped some (or more) frames, while the other dropped no (or fewer) frames during capture...

Yes, I had that Idea, too.
But if you use two exactly same pc's, it's going wrong, too...
Is there a kewl, tool, that analyses the mpeg 2 stream and displays all relevant information ?
usually that will help....

nobody with an idea ? how to get this f**kin problem away ?
i would be happy over evey idea u have...
