Region Free PC DVD Player

how can i get my PC DVD drive to be Region Free?
it is a SONY DVD-ROM DDU1612
will someone get back to me about unlocking it?

You can use LtnRPC to reset or disable the Region Counter. Click Disable and your drive will be region free!
Also, a Windows RPC-1 utility (version2) is available. This utility can turn ON/OFF the RPC mode. When the RPC is turned OFF, the drive will became a RPC-1 drive.
