Help me about subtitles!!!

I have a srt file that the first subtitle is not the fisrt spoken. The second subtitle is the fisrt spoken and the voice in the movie begins at 04:20 minutes. How can sincronize the srt file if i want that the second subtitle be the first spoken. Tell me hao can i do that with subsync or another suncronizing software. Thanks for all...
