Image upside down!

When I try to play a svcd in my media player using the Elecard MPEG-2 Decoder, my whole movie is upside down.
I played the file coorectly on my dvd software and I've seen this code play this movie well on another machine. exactly the same files/ codecs. Might there be a hidden setting in the decoder or something??

Sorry found it, it was the G400 DIVX filter..
I turned of the setting to only load when needed and that helped.
here you can also flip the image at input/ output or both (what's that for ?? flip twice == don't flip ?? )
