    Keep Getting fuzzy, choppy burns on Hard drive and Dvd

    Ok, now Ive tried several different ways to burn to my hard drive. I have Nero 6 and dvd shrink and ive tried everything from Dvd decrypter to burning using a ISO file and all that. When I goto play the movie its all jumbly and choppy and the sound is all messed up. Please help Im bout ready to give up.

    Problems burning, getting choppy and crackling video

    Everytime is burn to my hard drive or Dvd the video is all choppy and crackly. Im using nero 6 and ive tried dvd decrypter. Ive updated my firmware for my sony dvd burner but its still doing the same thing. Please help

      Hi and welcome to the forum, StaleyRacing!

      Hope you have tried to burn to your DVD burner.

      Take a look in this thread to see if it will give you a clue.



      You can also post the log file from Nero if you want. It's just the last log file from this file you need to post: C:\Program Files\Ahead\Nero\NeroHistory.log

          1) Does the burned DVD play this way on a standalone DVD player, or only on your PC?

          2) What media are you using?

          3) What is the model number of your SONY burner? Is it internal or external?

          4) Do other videos playback in the same problematic way on your PC?
