If not, you'll get better help at the official forum at doom9. Lots of power users there and not to mention, jdobbs, the author. Maybe, someone already posted a similar problem.

2) your screenshots do NOT show up
3) judging from your encoding time, did you use OPV?
if so, keep in mind that this method was still being improved after 0932

Why aren't you using DVD ReBuilder Pro. V1.00RC2 which is the latest version? Many issues have been resolved since Pro. v.93.2.
If you have been using some of the different matrices available in DVD-RB Pro. you should know that they can have an affect on your final output size.
