how do i convert ntsc to pal

im having a problem converting ntsc dvd to pal if i use dvd santa i lose the sound after 5 minutes any one know how else i could do this the disc is already shrunk using dvd shrink 3.2

I would try one of the patch methods before doing a full re-encode.
