    Burn process failed.. please help!

    Hello!
This is the first time I try burning a DVD...
So this is how I did it...

I put the movie in my laptop's DVD reader. With DVDShrink I opened it and then hit archive to burn it to a DVD. I have an external DVD burner, Plextor PX 504UF. It was given to me as new. It is plugged to my laptop with a USB cable. So it goes trhough the whole process of preparing the file to burn.. then it starts burning but at like 8% one time and 1% my second try.. it fails! and it says disc cannot burn. I used DVD+r because that's the one it said to use on the burner's box. I used two different brands of blank dvds also, one imation and one verbatim.

i burned normal cds with this burner and that worked fine. so i dont understand why it's not working when i try to copy a movie!

please help.. i am not so good with computer things... but would really like to know why it's buggging!! thanks!!

here below is the error messages i got..

WOW, I recommend more RAM. Also if you must use the limited RAM you do have, exit some programs that are using it. Free some up by right clicking and exiting all of those icons next to your computer clock. Almost %75 of your RAM is being used.
