resizing the spine for slim cases

i need a program that is perferably free that can take a regular dvd cover and resize the spine so that it will fit into slim cases. I was using Dvd cover gold. Excellent program. Although you have only a couple of prints. I was wondering if any of you know a very good program. I have tried dvd cover gold, cd and dvd cover print, ecovers and a few others that i can't remember. The main thing is that it will resize the spine so that it can be seen in a slim case. Thanks
