    Should I choose 2 passes or 1?

    Hey guys,

While using avi2dvd, I have always chosen (well, did not alter) the number of passes to be 2. Do I need to do 2 passes, or is it sufficient to just do one?

    Thanks,

For better quality, I always go for 2 passes

at relatively high bitrates a single pass will do, but 2 passes is usually recommended, higher & consistent quality
