    Burn errors with nero 6

    Hi All,

I have just started to get burn errors. I have DVD Shrink which automatically starts burning with nero6. This produces a burn error. If I then just start nero6 manually and burn the image it works fine. Any ideas anyone ?

Here is the fail report :

    welcome to the forum

I have just started to get burn errors.
very simple explaination, you updated nero and shrink can't call it up to burn
    anymore

    a search for
    Error:\nCannot connect TRF.
    yields 206 threads

But I updated it to try and resolve the issue. Before I updated nero I still had burn errors some way into burning the disc.

I have just updated my firmware also. Any ideas why this is happening ? I am using the same media as always and never had problems before.. If it happens again I will post the new failure message.

burn slow(4x-8x) and use good media

Thanks, and I appreciate all your advice. But, why should it fail when trying to burn automatically at 8x and then when I burn the image file manually at 8x it burns ok ?
