Sperm Doner Must Pay Child Support!?!?

I hope this one is not too far off topic!?!

In my state, (P.A.), a Superior Court recently ruled that a Sperm Donor is liable for child support.

It is a complicated case involving 2 lesbians, now separated...

So if I adopt a child that would mean that I could sue the biological parents for child support. So the gay couple wants all the rights of marriage but not the responsibilities that come from a divorce in other words the other party of the union should be paying the support. So hypothetically if my wife and I use a donor then divorce who ever has the child can sue the donor for child support.

This is crazy, even considering the fact the donor got involved in the child's lfe. All I can see happening is that sperm donation will be a thing of the past soon because if sperm donors can be help responsible financially who would donate.

It looks like they are trying to milk Social Security out of some money.
