    DVD-RB Freeware version does support HC Mode?

    I take it since I don't see the path setup for the HC encoder (It's greyed out as well under Mode settings) that it's not supported in the freeware version (latest)? You have to go Pro to use HC?

    HC is supported in both the freeware and the Pro versions. If you use the full installer for the freeware version it will install it for you. But there is a newer version of HC out since the last release of the freeware version, and it is considerably faster/better -- so you may want to update it. Look in the "[Paths]" area of REBUILDER.INI file (assuming you did the complete install) and you'll find an entry for the path. The default statement is:

    HC=C:\Program Files\DVD-RB\Encoders\HC Encoder\HCBatch.exe

    If you didn't do a full install, or you want to change it, just add the correct path to HC.
