Program to get detailed info on MKV files?

This question may have already been answered but I don't have all week to find it. I gave it a try, but it's hard to find this specific info in all those search results.

I need a free program that can give detailed info on MKV files. Like framerate, fourCC codes, bitrates, etc. So far, all the programs I've used before to get info from a video file, won't work on MKV.

Windows will tell me much about the file, but won't tell me everything I need to know. I can't find out something as simple as the video framerate or bitrates.

Anything out there to help?
