Yes it does!

Nevermind I found it. I did not see it on ImgBurn homepage.

It's a good idea on the Settings in the first Write tab, on the left hand block of options, to check "Lock Volume - exclusive access". Then if Windows7 or another software is trying to access the drive at the same time, Imgburn will kick out an error. Sometimes you need to turn off the Explorer burning option or other software to avoid a conflict.
