Help MKV to AVI audio DTS

Hi to all,

I have a problem, need to convert ,mkv file with DTS audio into a .AVi.

Can anybody recomend a god software?

On Windows you can convert to .avi with Quick AVI Creator:

One quirk it has, the bit rate can sometimes be set very low. If that happens just change the number to something realistic. Like for a 2 hour or less video I'd use at least 2000 kbit for xvid.

Also it helps if you have some familiarity with AviSynth since it uses an .avs script. You can find guides to basic AviSynth usage by searching the web.

also, u can have a try with DVDFab video convertert
it supports DTS audio channel

If the DTS audio is limiting your options a lazy way out is using MKV2AC3 to output an .mkv with ac3 audio. More apps will accept that as input.
