I'm trying to back up a dvd with dvd shrink 3.2. I can open disk fine but when I press backup it says out of memory, incorrect parameter. I have 12 gb of memory on my hard drive. can anyone help me please. thank you.
I am also getting an "out of memory message", with 6GB memory on board. The message also says that "not enough storage is available to process this command". I'm trying to write to a HD that has 1.6TB of free space, so storage should not be an issue.
