I'm new to this so grateful for any help.
I've had a Sony DVD recorder RDR-DC205 for a year and two weeks (I know) and three days ago the TV viewing guide would only show current programmes. Two days later it only showed programmes for one channel. Yesterday, no programmes at all and then I found every film I had recorded to the hard disk had disappeared.
Two weeks ago, my son connected our PS3 to the internet and I'm thinking it was a virus.
I've now rebooted the recorder and the PS3 but thinking if if was the hard drive on the recorder I need to sort it now.
