burn errors

I am new to this fourm thing but i need help. i have a sony DRU800A dual layer burner and when i burn dvds after using dvd shrink some work and other come up with a burn error and program not responding, then it proceeds to lock up my computer. other times it i get this error report and it means nothing to me can anyone help me???

Free up some system memory. All of those icons next to your PC's clock. Right click on them, then left click on "Exit" before you start burning. You can also go here to learn how to stop these programs from starting up everytime you reboot. - http://forum.digital-digest.com/showthread.php?t=56373

Get rid of InCD!! It will only cause problems while trying to burn DVD's! Use Nero's "InCD CleanTool". Get it here: http://ww2.nero.com/nero6/eng/InCD_CleanTool.html
