Some where ImgBurn or DvD Flicks ejects my blank cd.

See at night I will start the burning process (Since no one is using the laptop) and I would think it would be completed when I awake. But I come to find out that the program (Don’t know if it is DVD Flicks or ImgBurn) that ejects my CD and the process cannot be fully completed until I re-insert my disk. Can anyone help me out?

Tried again last night and I believe. it is ImgBurn that is ejecting the CD

DVD Flick uses Imgburn to burn the disc. It's a better idea generally when doing video conversion to DVD to output a VIDEO_TS folder. Check it out with software player. Look in the folder to see if the files look complete. Then you might even burn to an erasable disc and try it in your DVD Player. When you've done the same operations with the same software a bunch of times then you may feel confident enough to skip the erasable disc burn.

The hallmark of those "one click" converters that don't work is they insist you put a disc in the burner or they won't start. Any software like that(other than strictly burning software) you should not even bother with.

Once you check out the VIDEO_TS folder is acceptable, then burn with Imgburn.

Miles that is a super tip. Many of those files one thing to watch for is the audio/video sync.

That and weird aspect ratios. If there's one thing I hate it's watching Fathead TV(tm)

Just above I made this suggestion:

Also I notice you are using DVD-R. That's old. Try encoding the video to VIDEO_TS folder as I suggested in the link above. Then try a couple of DVD+R discs and see if you have better luck. I have TsstCorp burners and they like DVD+R much better than DVD-R.

edit: I looked up your writer and it seems a bit old. Max 8x write on DVD and max 24x write on CDR. In any case, try output to VIDEO_TS folder instead of automatically burning.

In DVD Flick, I cannot burn disc using ImgBurn!!

Hi, I just downloaded the newest version of DVD Flick 1.3.0.7. Normally, the ImgBurn program is downloaded automatically at the same time. However, when I go to Project settings in DVD Flick, the check box to "burn project to disc" is disabled. If img burn is downloaded, it should be enabled. I even tried downloading Img Burn program separately and tried to burn my DVD that way, and it still did not work. My preference is to do it automatically from DVD Flick because that is what I'm used to. Has anyone experienced this problem? Please help. Thanks!

I recommend try burning at 8x or 12x on DVD+R with Verbatim. Also intermittent fails may indicate a bad burner. See what's available on Newegg for $20 or $30 bucks and save time and money. Good Luck.

Find and open imgburn.exe. Go to settings. On the Write tab uncheck the Cycle tray on verify option. This should do the trick.

Which exact problem? A few issues have been discussed in this thread.
If you got it to burn, can you please post a log?

Rufus will do what Imgburn can do.
