DVD rom booktype

Hi,
I wander how to make the disk identify itself as an dvd-rom instead of an dvd+r/rw
I know this is an option in one of the DVD Shrink versions but whot version and were to find it
My old dvd player wont recognice the DVD disk so i have to make it a dvd-rom disk.
I also use nero 6.3.0.2
Please help

What writer is it. Only a few drives cn do bitsetting. Ricoh was the first and main one. Some Liteon and NEC's can do it with a customised firmware.

Use the latest 3.1.3.

I have a nec 1300A with firm 1.09
That is the newest firmware

But i cannot find the option in the 3.1.3 from DVD Shrink
can you send it to me please?

The option is in the burn settings of the backup dvd box. It will be called booktype DVD ROM.

I was looking in the setop prefs...
