Converting Img Files To Vcd Or Dvd

Dear Folks

I'm new on this list. What I need to know is how to convert an img file to any file than can be burned to a vcd or dvd. This file is a pop concert and I intend to watch it in my home theater dvd. I tried to convert it to an iso file but when I burned a cd (using nero, on a vcd mode) there was no image or sound in my vcd.

Any help?

How big is the file?

it's quite big, aprox. 720 mb.

Use DaemonTools to "mount" the .IMG file. You'll then be able to state what format the video file is...
