best video card for TV in???
What's the best card for TV in? I have a Gateway Destination that is badly in need of upgrading. I have a 36" monitor and remote keyboard and track-ball mouse. I purchased a Dell with Pentium4 2gb processor, 512mb RAM, DVD-RW, etc. Now all I need is a good, fast video card with TV input. Could be composite. Am looking at ATI Radeon 8500DV or Hauppauge WinTV-HD. Is there an nvidia GeForce4 card with video input?
I'll miss my Destination--it has 4 separate video inputs, but DVD drive is shot and due to proprietory decoder card, cannot be changed. Also Pentium II 350mhz doesn't play Divx well at all.
Any opinions or informed input out there?
