Converting a Powerpoint presentation to DVD

Can anyone suggest how to convert a MS Powerpoint presentation to play on a standard DVD deck?

Since Powerpoint isn't an AVI or even an MPEG there is no way to make this happen. I have yet to see any software that can convert a power point to a video.

You could just display your computer screen on your TV set(if your display card allows for that) and then just record the presentation to VHS then capture the video back to your hard drive, encode as an MPEG-2 and then burn as a DVD.

Hmm, the first costs $299 and try as I have, I can't find Nero Vision Express on the Nero link.

Ah yes, part of Reloaded .. $79
