dvd decrypt / xmpeg 4.5 / dvd mism / unfor no ifo processing

    hello,

Ive seen a couple of posts w/ the same
problem. Im using the info listed on :
digital, digest, dvd, divx, dvdr, dvd+r, dvd-r, rip, copy, ripping, convert, backup, back, up, shrink, xvid, software, download, news, guide, article

    Ive loaded xmpeg 4.5.
    Ive loaded divx5.x bundle pro.
Ive installed (Xis) dvd mism into xmpeg dir.

I cannot process anything if I point to an
ifo file. If I choose a vob file it will
process that file alone. I started a process
up pointing to an ifo file last night and
8 hours later it was doing nothing.

The dvd mism is working (maybe) because I could
not choose ifo files before that install. That
is telling me that it is in the correct dir.

    Any ideas /suggestions?

    cheers,
    tdk

i could not select all the vobs either so i stuck with xmpeg 4.2, but now i use gnot and would never look again at xmpeg. i really dont know why ppl still use xmpeg if they read these forums, as soon as i read ppls reply's to gkont i switched and haven't looked back

    my advice: use gknot

I don't agree with Balthasar assertion. Xmpeg is very much easier and makes very good results after overcoming some obstacles I have described in my tread : "Tips and Tricks for Xmpeg 4.5".at http://forum.digital-digest.com/show...threadid=10564

I recommend greatly that you should read them..

      Good luck
