I tried to use DVD decryptor to rip a dvd in my sony DRU500a drive and the program suggested I update the firmware to the latest which is ver.f from the ver.a which was in the drive. After doing this I am getting media region code mismatch errors during the ripping process. How can I correct this problem. I saw today that sony has a version g of the firmware available. Will this solve the problem?
